I’ve been a tenant with Starr Property Management for an incredible 16 years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. What sets them apart is their exceptional management team, who are not only kind and understanding but also incredibly responsive to any concerns or complaints they make sure that repairs are completed in a timely manner, making it a wonderful place to call home.

It was a good house that I rented with them. STARR property management is friendly, flexible and very understanding of their tenant’s needs. We had a wonderful two years in one of their single family homes. They were very accommodative and helpful when something needs to be fixed right away.

When returning to Columbia, I was recommended Starr Properties by my mother, who lived in one of their properties formerly. The lease signing and move in process were seamless. Since moving in, Janna (property manager) has been very responsive and attentive. I enjoy the amount of space and extra storage my townhome provides, and the lawns are always beautifully maintained. AMAZING customer service! I have rented from several other property management companies over the years and Starr Properties, by far, has been the easiest to work with and have very well-maintained properties.
