The spring of 2025 I decided I wanted to sell my house and downsize, renting a duplex. After years of living in my house I wasn’t sure what to expect with the rental scene. When returning to Columbia, I was recommended Starr Properties by my mother, who lived in one of their properties formerly. The lease signing and move in process were seamless. Since moving in, Janna (property manager) has been very responsive and attentive. I enjoy the amount of space and extra storage my townhome provides, and the lawns are always beautifully maintained. AMAZING customer service! I have rented from several other property management companies over the years and Starr Properties, by far, has been the easiest to work with and have very well-maintained properties.
