How Do I Pay Rent?

1. You can pay via ACH (automatic withdraw) - which debits your checking or savings account on the 5th of each month (or the following business day). This service is available for FREE, only requires a simple one page form to sign up and can be started at any time.  This is our preferred method.

2. Check/Cashiers Check/Money Order

Payments can be dropped off 24/7 into the black mailbox attached to the brick, directly to the right of our office entrance.
