It was a good house that I rented with them. STARR property management is friendly, flexible and very understanding of their tenant’s needs. We had a wonderful two years in one of their single family homes. They were very accommodative and helpful when something needs to be fixed right away.

I have lived in a property managed by Starr Properties for 5+ years. They have always been very accommodating and prompt in handling any issues that arise. The property is very well maintained and has great management.

The location is excellent. Family oriented and just off West Broadway, minutes away from Hyvee (literally a minute from Hyvee and close enough to walk to) and approx. 400 yds away from Walmart on the other side of the road. Very safe location with lots of middle class and upper middle class families.
