It was a good house that I rented with them. STARR property management is friendly, flexible and very understanding of their tenant’s needs. We had a wonderful two years in one of their single family homes. They were very accommodative and helpful when something needs to be fixed right away.

When returning to Columbia, I was recommended Starr Properties by my mother, who lived in one of their properties formerly. The lease signing and move in process were seamless. Since moving in, Janna (property manager) has been very responsive and attentive. I enjoy the amount of space and extra storage my townhome provides, and the lawns are always beautifully maintained. AMAZING customer service! I have rented from several other property management companies over the years and Starr Properties, by far, has been the easiest to work with and have very well-maintained properties.

The spring of 2025 I decided I wanted to sell my house and downsize, renting a duplex. After years of living in my house I wasn’t sure what to expect with the rental scene. Renting from Starr Properties has been a very pleasant experience. The duplex size fits me perfectly. Janna is always quick to respond to any communication and maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier living here!
